We, at Automakers Body Pvt Ltd, have strived hard through a couple of years to understand the need and mindset of a Refrigerated truck fleet owner. Not only does he want his vehicles to carry more pay load BUT the quality of transport is also very important. Larger vehicles have great difficulty in transporting fewer crates as they randomly travel throughout the inner container body as there is no lashing belt arrangement. Like we at MARWAH say , " A REFRIGERATED CONTAINER IS AS GOOD AS ITS INSULATED BODY."
We , have not only developed a light weight body , which is made from hard seamless GRP panel (inside & outside) and Rigid PUF core which is bonded in a very special procedure through a very large Hydraulic press. This panel can take impacts greater than Steel and regains its shape due to its flexible properties. GRP thermal breaks are used as inserts to make the side panel of the body stronger , but without allowing thermal passage. Full seamless inside panels gives the body a clean and hygienic look and can be cleaned very easily. The brilliant white pre pigmented outside panel gives you ample of space and ease for signage and branding. The white colour and GRP also serves as insulators for the truck body. The hardware used is SS 304, the perimetric structure is extruded aluminum and SS, the special floor in clamp type where there is no fastener seen from the top and hence no liquid seepage, thereby corroding and spoiling the floor, which is the main part of the body. Our flooring process is seamless and hence water proof and whether resistant. The only Mild Steel part in our bodies is the sub frame assembly. We have various options for our bodies, i.e. multiple side doors, 3piece rear doors, multi temperature compartments etc. We are single source suppliers of these bodies to some of the large automotive manufacturers. The bodies can incorporate racks and shelving ( fixed and removable). Any combination that you require , we shall be able to convert it to practical solutions for you . Some Salient Features of our ISO THERMAL CONTAINERS are :-

1. Lesser Weight hence more fuel economy and tire life
2. Pre pigmented panels , hence no painting required in the life cycle of the body.
3. More efficient , as moulded PUF core of 40 Kg/Cumtr is used.
4. No Air pockets hence very low Body K Value, hence high retention , which in turn saves money on running of the refrigeration unit too.
5. Seamless inside panels , hence no joints and place for contamination and bacterial formulations . the body can be used for different products by just washing it with detergent.
6. SS Hardware , locks and hinges have no age limit , no corrosion , so screeching as they carry PU / Nylon inserts.
7. No plywood used , either in side panels .
8. The Special Extruded floor section that we have developed , has the screws where water cannot reach and hence there is NEVER a seepage of water.
9. Our cross members are placed at a center distance of only 600 mm . and our sub frame is supported with Z section cantilevers on all the cross members. Thus giving the strongest floor in the Industry.
10. Seamless GRP underfloor , gives better thermal break and reduces the CG of the vehicle.
11. We have specialized flooring for chemical carrying , for fish and other whether controlled corrosive cargo.
